Mental Health Treatment
Our certified mental health coaches evaluate every member through evidence-based mental health screening. Studies show when someone has a substance use disorder, it is often accompanied by a mental health issue. WNF is committed and dedicated to screening and treating individuals diagnosed with mental illness who reside in low-income communities.
Home Health Care Services
WalkNFaith Home Health care provides home health services from respected, caring, and compassionate mental-health first aid certified technicians. Private duty home care agencies are providing senior care, essential personal home care, mental health, respite care, and companion care to help the elderly and adults continue to live in their homes. Concierge Home-Health Care
WALKNFAITH offers concierge services for our members who need personal one- on- one substance abuse or mental health services in the privacy of their homes. This plan stands- for personalized, individual assistance to consumers who want an alternative to the traditional substance abuse treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
WalkNFaith offers two intensive day treatment options.
Confidential and outpatient treatment to our private-pay or insurance members. This program allows our members to detox safely while going to work every day through state-of-the-art medical services. Evidenced-based medical services including Subloclade, Vivitrol, Buprenorphine Therapy, in combination with intense psychosocial therapy.
All people have spiritual needs. Some people have religious needs. The Pastoral Care Services Department works to help patients, family members, and staff address both spiritual and religious needs. Holistic treatment centers on the whole person. Our Faith-Based approach puts a focus on mind, body, and spirit to be sure to address all aspects of our member's lives.
Our Nursing staff has extensive knowledge of medical illnesses and addiction by providing exceptional evidence-based care. Through Trauma-Informed Care, we offer cultural and diversity sensitivity care to our members who have suffered trauma during their life's journey. Also, we provide health screenings and nutritional sessions by a certified Chef. If necessary, we offer Intravenous Therapy for our members who suffer from dehydration and other underlying medical disorders.
